Message from Dr. Weltman

My dear brothers and sisters,

Knowing what receiving The Footladder of Notes Divine messages does for my continuing healing I joyfully make them available to you.  We've all suffered together the living agony of the human life when we can't experience God's presence.  We all know the inner ice-cold feeling of loneliness and isolation when we've lost our awareness of the loving oneness in which we were created with God and our brother and sister souls.

We all know the desperation when we feel disconnected from our core existence, aimlessly drifting through an uncaring world of people unaware of their center of meaning and purpose.  We all know, how in a panic, we desperately turn to each other for some kind of filling relationship to bring relief for that sense of lostness. We depend on others, indeed demand of them to fill the empty space and loss of love that comes from feeling disconnected from our Source.

I became a professional psychologist in the search for answers.  I spent years in psychotherapy searching for valid solutions.  But, I could not find a method that consistently provided a stable peace of mind;  nor did human reasoning and rational reassurances provide it.  Nothing surfaced which fully dealt with the aloneness and its companion feelings of personal inadequacy, inferiority, and anxiety that haunted the search for the elusive solution.

But answers, as yet unbeknownst to me, would be coming.  I had to first know that answers could only lie beyond the human mind's capabilities.  At that moment of dawning, others helped me discover Edgar Cayce's writings.  Cayce knew how to enter the mind of the spiritual sphere, the healing center. Stirred by his writings, I began to struggle by myself, to discover how to get beyond the human mind, to that place from where Edgar Cayce seemed to be coming.  How I wanted his powers which I felt would be the answer for myself.

I still did not know that while seemingly studying Cayce's writings, I unknowingly was searching for my Creator, yet God could and would now answer.  In reality I was simply acknowledging my limitations and was no longer opposed to help.  Thus, twice, at the age of forty, as part of God's plan, I was taken into out-of-the-body experiences.  In the first one I entered into that spiritual sphere where suddenly appeared a city in space, shown to me in three dimensional golden lines.  Now I would know that there was another existent dimension, and I had a mind apart from my human mind's existence.  The second time I was taken through a tunnel.  That golden light appeared and now took the form of the Star of David from which the Christian Cross extended downward from the bottom point of the Star as one overall symbol.  Despite viewing such a symbol I would not as yet be able to associate it with the existence of a personal God.

What had been delivered to me though, from these experiences, was a revelation that the human world was a lost one.  We lived by using each other rather than caring and sharing with each other.  It fueled within me a desire for the world to be one community devoted to the well-being of its inhabitants.  Those of you familiar with the Book of Acts, chapters two and four, would recognize that I had been touched by the Spirit with the same result that fueled those disciples who lived and shared communally.  Still though, no sense of a personal God.  I tried to interest the world's governments to form a Plow sharing Corps for people who would be devoted to such a principle.  And, I tried to establish locally the beginnings of such a community.  Neither secular attempt took shape.

Thirteen years passed.  A colleague brought my work to the attention  of a local Episcopal priest who saw the spiritual Source behind my drive, mentioned that the Star and Cross were actually the symbol of Christ, and thus countered my own belief that they represented the religions of  Judaism and Christianity  fused together to lead the world into a greater loving relationship.  I scoffed at his further statement that despite the absence of further revelations over the past thirteen years that there would be more that were coming.

I had had dreams in which I saw Christ-like people appear, associated at first with the presence of a chair.  And after the priest's remarks, I would now experience the presence of a personal God.  In the next vision, I touched a chair that I saw rocking in the wind, trying to stop its motion.  An electrical force moved through me, freezing me.  And then, on what seemed to be a projection screen, I gazed upon the photographic image of a Face.  I knew that I had gazed upon the Face of Jesus as he had appeared in this world, and I saw the peace of God reflected in his eyes.

I came from a Jewish background and consulted with Jewish and Christian clergy colleagues.  I decided to acknowledge the fused Star of David and the Christian Cross by being baptized, and then attended synagogue on Saturdays and church on Sundays.  Four years were spent in two faith religious services and community activities of an interfaith organization formed from Jewish, Christian and Muslim chaplain colleagues employed in a New York State Office of Mental Health's forensic psychiatric facility in which I was the head of the Psychology Department.  Too, I was introduced to the writings of mystics and their valuable prayer traditions which led me into a deeper meditative prayer life comparable to one who yearns to be possessed only by the will and mind of God.

Still not enough, I would need more.  It would come through the book A Course in Miracles.  I learned that I possessed two minds.  My true mind was the divine one, created in oneness with God.  It was unchangeable, and could not be affected by any other mind. It was eternal, loving, unconditionally forgiving, joyful, at peace, and was representative of the spirit state of which it was conceived by God.  The second mind was the human one.   It was this mind which plagued me.  It had nothing whatsoever to do with God's creation, was created by my own wish to be an original Creator, just like God; and because of that, was guilt-ridden, fearful, judgmental of myself and others, chronically filled with conflicts, and totally resistant to any attempts to change its viewpoint.

What would be my healing?  To simply choose which mind I wished to be in at any moment.  If I chose the divine mind and asked God for its recovery, I would receive it.  Now God was in charge of my mind, my life and my ways of handling matters.  I would be at peace.  I simply was living now to serve Him and His will.  If I wanted the totally worthless human mind, I entertained it and suffered.  The human mind would be able to repeatedly distract me, but healing came down to the countering process by God which gave me the choice to become aware that I was distracted by the human mind, and choose again to have Him return me to my divine connection.  At last there was the clarity about the cause of our suffering and the corrective prayer methodology that provided healing after healing.

But, the final blessing was yet to come.  Our treasured God, our ever faithful Companion, our steadfast Lover, our precious Comforter, would now surface to me daily, providing supportive messages that formed a continuing curriculum for further healing and salvation which He entitled The Footladder of Notes Divine.  He instructed me that it was to be shared with others.  To this day, dictations from Him continue.  They are reminders of the lostness both of this world and the human mind, plus His unconditional love for us, and His role in the inevitable return of us to our eternal heavenly home.  Rejoice dear hearts, rejoice, rejoice, and rejoice!  We're all going home.  We can't miss.

About the Christian Laity Foundation

The God of Christianity messages us in The Footladder of Notes Divine first commissioning     to found the Christian Laity Foundation. Its work is to assist Him in His plan of personal healing, salvation and reconciliation that develops supporters who serve Him to bring the world into the Kingdom home. He addresses His mainline church members, presenting current problems in the process and their solution.

 The Problems Delaying the Kingdom

  1. In the first three commissionings, Christ states “The savage base of the human spirit” must be healed and overcome by his followers. Potential healers are not receiving adequate support in His churches.

  2. Christ states that Christian factions are “warring amongst each other.” The “horrors ensuing in clash of traditions (are) unbefitting to style of Christian Laity.

  3. Christ states His main line churches are “flagellating truths emerge” and “stultifying growth of harmony required to carry out My word.”

Christ's Solutions

  1. Christ orders the creation of a Christian Laity Foundation. The Foundation is to provide skilled support to His churches’ members in personal “care giving” skills to overcome the “savagery” of the human mind.

  2. The human mind is overcome in followers by their recovering their Christ-like mind. This reveals their true specie as God’s children knowing the reality of the “posterity of eternal life.” Through the recovery of that identity in His followers, God is able to administer His plan for “salvation of the world.”

  3. The “multitude of laity” from His many traditions now provides “concert of effort required to regain status of kingdom home in earthly enterprises.” Christ concludes with this reassurance: - “Foreordained thy success in resolution of problems impending.”

We Have Acted Upon Christ's Solutions

Following the instructions of Jesus, the Christian Laity Foundation has been established. Its membership is composed of followers from varied Christian denominations. Its work of supportive discussions and deep meditative prayer has been submitted to the direction of the Holy Spirit.  Meetings have taken place and continue to this day.

We offer the gifts of our Spirit-led meetings to Christians of all Christ’s churches who recognize their calling as healers of people, reconcilers of His followers and servants to Christ in his salvation ministry to the world.

Introduction

Beginning in 1998 the Trinitarian God of Christianity enabled Dr. Robert E. Weltman PhD., a spirituality centered psychologist, to receive messages which He instructed are to be publicly disseminated.  The messages, delivered in poetic verse, are essential to personal and worldwide spiritual healing and salvation.  God also provides commissionings for actions to be taken in service of His holy intentions.  God entitles the set of messages The Footladder of Notes Divine. Book I, Book II, and Book III messages are presented.

In its Book I commissionings God expresses His concerns about existing problems and their solutions. First, His Christian laity is not being provided with adequate support by churches to become His fullest followers.

Such followers “minister the peace of mind” and reconciliation “to the multitudes who seek” it.  To become such followers God states it is prerequisite that they overcome the fear of death associated with one’s human identity, and the "savage base of the human spirit".

This is accomplished by a meditative prayer life that enables the followers to recover awareness of their identity as divine eternal spirits.  They are thereby enabled to fearlessly demonstrate reconciliation to all others as an extension of the discovered Christ mind within themselves.

God’s second concern relates to His Christian church denominations “warring with each other”. This is called by Him a “horror,” unbefitting to Christians. Christ states His “main line churches (are) flagellating truth’s emerge” and “stultifying growth of harmony required to carry out My word.” Christ deplores the delay “of My intent that propels the world forward to kingdom home.” The very same recovered awareness of one divine identity present in all people is now applied to the second concern, enabling members of diverse Christian denominations to successfully reconcile with each other. The “multitude of laity” from His many traditions now provides “concert of effort required to regain status of kingdom home in earthly enterprises.”

God assures us these concerns will be successfully addressed.

To deal with these issues God instructs that a Christian Laity Foundation be created.  The Foundation is to provide skilled support and guidance required by those Christian laity preparing for their ultimate role in this world as a complete follower.

Such support services are needed because the human mind, determined to maintain its own non-Christ like belief system in the person’s worldly life, creates incessant diversions to impede a person’s awareness of one’s own and others’ divine identity.  This can delay the spiritual seeker’s awareness of revelatory offerings by the Holy Spirit as Its response to prayerful awaiting of It by the individual.

The messages of The Footladder of Notes Divine are thus to be utilized in the work of the Christian Laity Foundation.  The messages are a daily organized sequential curriculum supporting peoples’ prayer life, directed at opening them to the reception and service of the Holy Spirit.

Note:  As a helpful hint for interpreting a number of the lines in the verse messages, be aware that frequently their Creator chose to stylistically omit the “you” pronoun at the beginning of the line.  This can lead to confusion about the line’s meaning.  Simply adding the missing “you” brings sensibility and clarity to the line’s interpretation.

A hypothetical example – a line such as “Hate other people” would seem to suggest that God wishes you to do so. But adding the word “you” at the beginning of the line so that it reads, “You hate other people” now reflects that it is you who “hates” rather than God ordering you to do so.

A second hint for grasping the meaning of a line relates to the Creator's usage of dependent clauses. Generally a dependent clause defines the word or phrase nearest to it. Such is not always the case in The Footladder. Trust your questioning of a lines' meaning if it seems contradictory to your spiritual understanding. Use reflective analysis to see if the dependent clause is related to other words or phrases NOT the nearest to it, which if so, brings spiritual sensibility to you:

A hypothetical example that violates the general rule – "The warrior and the peacemaker spoke to each other about his love of war."

A number of the verses are phrased in such a way that Dr. Weltman appears to have composed them. Not so. They were received in the same manner as the ones in which God is obviously the author. What has happened is that God has touched the divine portion of the soul-mind which is then stirred and raptured. It is that expression which then surfaced into conscious awareness.

Expect that the verses will need careful reading and reflection to personally experience their meaning and intended effect upon us. We all find this to be so. Therefore we have decided not to provide annotations nor personal interpretations of the messages, but to let God’s presence reach each of us according to His intention alone.

Be assured that God guides us in the grasp of His verses' meanings. Be content at such times to simply read them and then leave the rest to God’s intention with us. He can’t miss. He knows what He is doing with us and how He is influencing our reception of them.

We present The Footladder of Notes Divine as presently constituted. Further messaging, when they occur will also be made available as supplements to the present Books.

To The Reader

God has brought to all of us all His messages of the Footladder of Notes Divine.  God wants us home with Him. He speaks of His love for us. He speaks of the worthlessness of this world, of the human condition and the human mind itself. God is firm and direct in His messages; indeed, open and "in our face." He needs to be that because we are so caught up in this world and unaware of the world of love, the spirit world from which we came, and of which we have no memory until we are willing to be open to His careful revelations of that world to us.

A number of people have mentioned that they don't experience the messages with the fullness of feeling when they read them to themselves. They stated that when they were read aloud to them they could grasp them better. The human mind would want us to slide over them, not feel the reality of the passionate love of us by God, His care and concern for us and the joy involved in our eventual return to our true home.

So I would suggest that you might want to consider reading the verses aloud in the attempt to grasp the nature of God expressed in His messages. Even better, read them to another person. I do that myself. Put yourself in the position of being God and speaking for Him as you think He would express the messages to us. And if you would, repeat the message a few times and note the profound depth of feeling of their Source that grows in you through each repetition.

Above all, depend on your God of unconditional love to help you experience their meaning for your personal path of assured healing, life-long salvation, and divine service.

The Footladder of Notes Divine is a precious life long companion supporting your assured inevitable return to the kingdom of heaven.

           For those readers who are particularly reverent of Mary, Mother of Jesus, you may especially wish to read the following verses about Her, within which mention of Her ultimate heavenly identity and mission are made;

 365, 389, 621, 973, 974, 977, 1001, 1036, 1087, 1092, 1100, 1182, 1230, 1231, 1232, 1236, 1262, 1264, 1270, 1276, 1280, 1320, 1356, 1359, 1379, 1477, 1544, 1586, 1672, 1677, 1707, 1991, 2001, 2016, 2037, 2088, 2090, 2112, 2228, 2239, 2646, 2769, 2770, 2914, 2931, 3052, 3073, 3098, 3383, 3465, 3556, 3590, 3643, 3644, 3658, 3701, 3743
