Dearest Parents of Down Syndrome children and your supportive agencies:
We rejoice that we have found each other, and we greet you with the warmest of affections. Our destiny is a profound one. For God has given to us the solutions for overcoming human problems that have plagued mankind from its beginning of existence, the inability to love and reconcile with each other as the true heavenly brothers and sisters that we are; and thereby return us to our ancestral home in the kingdom of God.
As a father of a son, now forty-five years old and born with a brain injury, simply called in those years an organic brain syndrome, I am overjoyed and honored that God has chosen me to reveal to you His message on the holy origin and purpose of the grand souls that come into this world as a Down’s Syndrome personage.
Since questions must arise in your mind about my credibility when speaking of such spiritual matters, let me address this issue as well as give you the background to my receipt of the Down Syndrome message.

Spiritual Experience
All of the above was a prelude to what was going to unfold. Driven by my own quest for answers to the human state, the meaning of life, and solutions to our troubled minds, I would be directed to the role of spirituality in these matters. I studied Scripture, the great mystics and books on spiritually based healing and moved into meditation practices. New healing vistas of understanding opened to me as I was enabled to experience the reality of the spirit dimension, and at last, the appearances of God’s personal presence and guidance for my role in ministry.
The framework of what constituted true healing now changed. An early offshoot of this was the development of a treasured Interfaith Fellowship created by mental health chaplain colleagues along with me that brought together members of congregations from Jewish, Christian and Islamic traditions. We met for a number of fruitful years progressing in warm fellowship and study before disbanding.
But still more was now to come from which the Down’s Syndrome message emerged.
The Christian Laity Foundation
Beginning in 1998 and continuing to this day, God has dictated an extensive series of messages to me which He entitled, “The Footladder of Notes Divine”. It provides a spiritually based healing approach supporting those in the process of recovering their divine Godly nature and identity required to ready us for the return to our true eternal home in the kingdom of God. I was instructed to found a Christian Laity Foundation which would be capable of providing skilled support for that spiritual healing and salvation process. It would start with Christians, be aimed at reconciliation of their diverse denomination clashing, and provide capable workers for God to expand the reconciliation process to the entire world’s religious traditions, thereby propelling its peoples into the revered kingdom.
The Down Syndrome Message
On September 10, 2001, the day before the attack on the World Trade Center, a singular and most unexpected message, which stunned me, was received about the Down’s Syndrome personage and their spiritual role in service of Gods healing of the world. The message read- “Mongoloids heaven sent muster support of Queen’s decree elongating sphere of influence.”
God states that souls are especially sent from heaven to assume the Down Syndrome identity in this world in support of Mary’s (Jesus’ Mother) decree and influence, What is the “decree” defining Mary’s influence? Discussions were held by members of the Christian Laity Foundation. We believe it is found in Scripture. In Luke 1:26-55 (known as "the Magnificat"), when the angel Gabriel informs Mary that she will give birth to the Son of God, Mary “decrees” her servanthood- “I am the handmaid of the Lord… let what you have said be done to me.”
Mary concludes that through her servanthood the Savior who will eternally rule over mankind can now enter the world, the negative and divisive human mind is at last overcome, and we recover the divine mind, the mind of the kingdom as its loving replacement one. In Mary's own words, Jesus "casts down the mighty from their thrones and lifts up the lowly."
Despite the worries, the concerns, the sometimes wearisome moments, the haunting guilt and misgivings that we all suffer from with our children, so “different” from what the world considers to be the norm, was there a portion of you too that suspected, and maybe even knew that there was a precious quality in them that the human world would have found it hard to grasp or even acknowledge? Well, you were right!
Down Syndrome Discipleship
Even though my son is not Down Syndrome, he has revealed that loving servanthood quality in his circle. One of his co-workers at the facility where he is employed came up to me and with a straight face said, “You know Doc, you’ve got a mighty strange son there.” I replied, “Really? Why?” He answered, “He’s the only worker that walks around here all day with a smile on his face!” A supervisor who was standing near me when the jest was made chimed in, from his own knowledge of my son’s joyful willingness to work and help others, “You know, if I founded a business, he’d be the first one I’d hire!”
In the past years, I had served on the board of our county’s Association of the Help of Retarded Children. I recently brought the Down Syndrome message to their leaders, seeking the proper outlet for revealing it to parents. One of them commented, “You know Bob, I’ve always felt that the Down’s Syndrome person had a greater lock on love than the rest of us.” That says it all!
So what does all of this mean? The Down Syndrome person is sent into this lost human world to be God’s light of holy love for us that we in turn might emulate them as our part of God’s plan to ultimately return all His children to their sacred home. Indeed God recently explained to me about my self - "You're being mongolized." Amen!
Just as Mary and Jesus brought into the world the existence and practices of the divine nature, so today the Down Syndrome family supports and further demonstrates those loving aspects of the holy family. The moving presence of your families reconciling within Christian denominations, and ultimately people of all other faith traditions will enable us to overcome denominational conflicts by placing service to God’s will first, and devotion to a faith tradition second. The Down’s Syndrome person and their families will successfully demonstrate this in service to God’s greater salvation plan of humanity’s completed reconciliation.
The Joint Mission of the Christian Laity Foundation and the Down Syndrome Family
God has provided us with the curriculum and the methods by which to become His servants in the reconciliation process. The present members have been meeting for years. In our groups God leads us to see how our human minds interfere with the recovery of our holy nature. Just as Jesus had to deal in His three year ministry with preparing His disciples for receiving their own healing by the Holy Spirit, that same exact process is applied within the Christian Laity Foundation. We are a discussion, prayer and meditation group, led by the Holy Spirit.
Our own weekly meetings, which we believe might be the model for your own, consist of the following:
All of us have to deal with our human self doubts, anxieties, depressed and fearful moments, negative judgments of ourselves and others. It is the pathetic part of the human condition, which only God’s leadership enables us to receive a healing for them. So too must you expect that these same issues are present in you. We are taught by the Holy Spirit to put aside the human outlook, be quiet and receive God’s outlook for handling circumstances and relationships in our lives as God would do.
Our own opinions of ourselves fade back, and God’s understanding becomes ours. The world fades in its value system, in comparison with the taste of the love and preciousness of the kingdom which enters us increment by increment. And God’s blessed loving nature, demonstrated by the Down Syndrome person becomes a reality which we choose for ourselves, in place of the divisive sub-standard human mind.
The Next Step
We believe that God has already worked this out- through our available web site, required personal meetings, by phone, by mail, through interactive internet boards, prayer, and a multitude of other processes we are not even yet aware of that is part of His methods.
Just as our group is ecumenical, presently consisting of five Christian denominations, we believe that like our members your Down’s Syndrome families in your local communities will be enabled to come together as representatives of God’s plan to be reconcilers and become reconciled, and that we will be in close support of the issues that need resolution that will arise with you just as they arise in our present Christian Laity Foundation group meetings.
We also believe that Mary will play a role in this process as well. In the “Footladder of Notes Divine”, Jesus speaks of His mother in some forty verses, laying out the reality of her most holy nature and of her ministry along with Him, for all of His followers.
Finally, the reason why I don’t worry about the process of communicating needed support amongst ourselves, comes from Jesus’ statement in the verses that we are going to succeed in our role of planting the seeds for the total healing of mankind and the arrival of the kingdom. Everything will be told to us at the right time and will meet our needs in this ministry of God.
In fact, good hearts, that’s in scripture too!
I tell you most solemnly, Whoever believes in Me Will perform the same works as I do myself, He will perform even greater works, Because I am going to the Father. (John 14:12)
A Personal Note
As a parent of my own neurologically impaired child, I also wish to extend what I have learned through the years of practice of how I worked with such persons to maximize their potential that might still possibly be held back by unattended areas that impede such progress. My son was blessed by practitioners that understood such issues, and I am glad to make you aware of such possibilities within your own family members. Thank you for your gift of parenting a Down’s Syndrome person to bless God and bless us all.

Our most precious Beloved Thank You for the compassion of Your Down Syndrome missionaries Thank You for Your assured healing, reconciliation and salvation of all humanity and its return to its home in heaven. Thank You for our servant role to You, the providing of prayer practices, for recovery of our divine spirit, and its unconditional love and forgiveness for ourselves and all others, that we may model Your nature in this lost human world. Thank You, when we experience those inevitable flagging human moments of fearing failure and doubting our self-worth and abilities that You assure us we will succeed in our treasured servanthood for You. And just plain thank You for You.
