The very warmest greetings from our beloved Holy Spirit, Who has directed you to this web site and from the Spirit's servant-members of the Christian Laity Foundation which the Spirit has created. We, the Christian Laity Foundation were established and commissioned by messages from the Trinity to help God propel the world into the kingdom. Through skilled teaching and Holy Spirit directed support, we are to provide Christ with followers able to reconcile His warring traditions, and who in their turn help support Christ to fulfill His role in the final salvation of the world's peoples.
Dr. Robert Weltman, before retiring, spent portions of his professional psychologist career employed in New York State psychiatric hospitals, in Mt. St. Mary College of Newburgh, NY as the Director of Counseling, in private practice, and as the Head of the Psychology department at a New York State facility for the criminally mentally ill and patients with dangerous mental disorders. As the parent of a child born with a brain injury, he became involved in a part of his private practice years, with children and adults with neurological and developmental problems in a treatment and diagnosis regimen coordinated with a neurosurgeon and optometrist, maximizing to the patient's advantage the joined knowledge of those professions. Dr. Weltman also co-developed educational materials involving the training of essential perceptual visual-motor skills required for the development of reading skills, which were based on his child's approach to those skills. As part of his personal searching for more effective treatment methodology for the troubled mind of the human state, Dr. Weltman turned as well to the role of spirituality in healing. This led to numerous out of body experiences of the spirit dimension and finally, the actual presence of and communication with God. Over a period of seven years and still continuing at this time, Dr. Weltman began receiving a series of daily messages on the topic of healing from God, entitled by its Creator "The Footladder of Notes Divine." The messages constitute daily support that is made available to God's children who seek Him out in there efforts to recover the peace of mind associated with their recovered awareness of their Godly identity, the understanding of the experience of lostness in the human dimension suffered by all mankind, and God's guided path returning them to their true kingdom home. As part of the messaging, God directed Dr. Weltman to create the Christian Laity Foundation through which God's healing methods and instruction could be directed. This provides those seekers of deep healing and the salvation path with a supportive curriculum enabling them to be God's healers and reconcilers first within the Christian denominations clashing with each other, and then to extend that same process out into the world to help all people reconcile and return to their kingdom home. Still another touching revelation was delivered by God to Dr. Weltman which the Christian Laity Foundation is incorporating as a significant portion of its work. God messaged to him that Down Syndrome people come into this world specifically sent by heaven to support that portion of the process of healing and salvation as performed through Mary, the mother of Jesus, and to extend her influence. Ecumenical meetings are presently being conducted which provide the skilled support required to aid people to turn from the lost human scene to the spirit world of God's intention and creation. What brought you here? You are being led down the path to your Resurrection through which you will return to your one and only Paradise home. You will help others their in turn to follow you as a servant of God that you are. How is this accomplished? You either have been shown or will be shown that your one and only identity is as the eternal spirit child of God, who never suffers from death. You have eternal life. You cannot lose that heritage. You joyfully will let the Holy Spirit reveal to you the waste, the misery and the fear found in human life, a life that God did not create. In its place, you experience the peace and richness of the spirit-being within you and all others as the great treasure you increasingly welcome. You might ask, "How will I help God to accomplish this with me and through me to others?" Simply because you have permitted God to help you with your healing and salvation, you have allowed Him to restore awareness to you of Him inside you AS YOU. You have permitted God to become your Guide. God can now provide the solutions to you of how you became distracted into this world away from your heavenly home, and return you to the awareness of the God-being that you are. Now you too, like Jesus, our model for this world, begins to teach this Inner Light as He did through the practice of unconditional forgiveness, seeing both you and others as Jesus did, -lost souls who don't know what they are doing. They find answers to their own lostness by seeing you as the representative-practitioner of the divine state. They discover, like you, that as eternal souls, this human life has nothing of value to offer in comparison with eternal life in the ultimate home of joy, -the Kingdom of God. You might ask, "Is the Kingdom what I really will want instead of this world?" Answer this question for yourself, if you are wondering about this: - Would you want a life like God leads as His Life? Would you want to be His company and have His company yours? Would you like to sing, dance, make merry in the perfect fulfillment that is God's? Do you want to be a creator of richness and fulfillment like God, which God shares with all His children? Can you even begin to imagine this life with our short-changed small human mind? Would you simply settle for being able to live like God, enjoying existence in every way that He does? Yes? We've concluded the same. We don't even have to think about it; just trust the fact that God delivers this from His perfect indomitable love for us. What's the job of the Christian Laity Foundation? God created us as His support group to enable you and all His children to recover eternal life. His children have been unable to reconcile with each other and His churches have not been able to provide the solutions that place God first and denominations second. He has provided to the Christian Laity Foundation the processes by which His followers can be reconciled. We run support meetings and workshops, as well as other events, for our participants to recover their Christ within, as well as making information of this nature available through this web site and publications. What do His reconciled followers do as part of the final plan for salvation? Reconciled followers of Christ provide Him with the servants whom He needs to reach beyond the Christian tradition and reunite with other traditions. The end result? The WORLD is now propelled into the Kingdom of God. How did the Holy Spirit make this known to the Christian Laity Foundation? God dictated and continues to dictate a series of over 2,500 messages to a spirituality-centered psychologist. They support his daily life of recovering and applying his healing. That process is relevant to all people's healing path as well. The establishment of the Christian Laity Foundation, its tasks, and its methodology are all laid out in those messages. God named these messages "The Footladder of Notes Divine". They are the source for healing, consistent with Holy Scripture, other revelations of the Holy Spirit, and with the very life led by Christ as the example for us. You
